Know anyone that wants to sail more?
Lamar Card (member, CYC) is looking for an ongoing part-time 1st mate to sail with him and his guests aboard his Hunter Passage (45'). The sailboat is based at the California Yacht Club in Marina Del Rey.
The sailor should have some experience but Lamar will train. The mate shoudl be available most weekends, will help with maintenace routines, administrative tasks such as sailing invites and communicating with guests and helping keep the vessel clean and shipshape as necessary. She's a great sailboat and a great way to learn. Some hourly pay but this will be pursued for the experience and love of sailing.
