Del Rey Yacht Club provides a comprehensive summer sailing and dinghy racing program for beginners and experienced young sailors. The program is open to any youngster who is interested in the adventure and challenge of learning to sail well. Beginning sailors learn sailing fundamentals in their own Sabot. Experienced sailors get the additional advantage of improving their boat handling and racing skills using the club's double-handed FJ's, Laser II's and 420's.

Instructors are U.S. Sailing and CPR certified, and also knowledgeable in First Aid and water related safety procedures.
